Delivery and Returns


We take the purchase where you tell us within the Spanish territory (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Europe, North America and South America. We offer a transport service door-to-door, in order to ensure maximum comfort and quality of the product.

Once your order has been confirmed in our system, it will go to "existing preparation" until the delivery is made to the indicated address. When the order comes out of our warehouses you will be notified by email and will be sent to "send".

Orders sent to Spain, Portugal and Europe are generally delivered in a maximum of 3 working days, except for stock breaks. Check shipping times for orders from the rest of the world 

Shipments a Spain (except the Balearic Islands) and Portugal are FREE. Them shipments to Europe have a cost of 10€. Check shipping costs for the rest of the world.

We work with different carriers according to the product purchased. The shipments to Spain and Portugal are made through MRW. Any incidence that can detect the delivery of the goods in the event of being packed (data in the package, etc.), should indicate it in detail in the albaran that facilitates the carrier before opening the packaging.

In case of stock breakage We will contact you immediately to inform you of the status of your order and possible alternatives.

In the event that the product is not collected at the time of delivery or that, after three attempts it is not recollected, it will be understood that it stops from the purchase made, proceeding to the refund of the amount paid for the product, deducting it in the costs of the holder.



If you decide to return the goods counts 15 business days from the date of receipt at your home. The return will only be possible as long as the item has not been used and/or damaged, having to return in its original packaging and previously communicating the return through our contact form by choosing the option – Returns- in the matter. Returns and changes in sizes will be free. Within 48 hours our transport agency will notify you for the delivery of the new article and the withdrawal of the former at the same time. Please wrap the item well to return in the bag in which he received it (or another wrapper in case of not keeping it) in order that the box arrives in the best conditions to our warehouse.

In the case of successive returns, the expenses originated will be borne by the customer, being these discounted from the amount to return him. That amount will be refunded the same way you paid, once we receive the goods in our warehouse.

In the event of wanting to change the product for another item, a new order will be made and the return of the previous one, offsetting the amounts to be paid and/or returned.

The goods must be accompanied by the identification details of the order number, name, surname, address and contact details. Please wrap the order well in the bag in which you received it (or another wrapper in case of not keep it) in order that the box arrives in the best conditions to our warehouse.

In the event that there is any problem regarding the warranty of the articles, before sending any product, you must contact us to indicate the best possible solution. Analysed the problem will always be addressed in accordance with the current regulations (reparation, replacement, reduction or return). In case of return, replacement or repair, the procedure will be the same as for a normal return.

In no case can we accept shipments to due lots and/or through other agencies.
